Amarr Lamb Confit

In every Amarrian household (death to the Empire!), the house mistress has several slaves that do every housechores for the family (fight the patriarcal oppression!).
So there's not really an Amarrian cooking, it's more slave cooking.
Amarrian cookbooks are sets of instructions to be given to the slaves, associated with suitable punishments in case of failure. As a freedom fighter, I will not present you those various brutal torture implements (freedom for everyone!), but I will keep the instructions to the slaves, so that you can have a view of the so-called Amarrian (upthrow the established order!).

Amarr Lamb Confit

Ingredients

One lamb shoulder
Tomatoes
Carrot
Eggplant
Zucchini
Turnip
Onion
Garlic
Colombo spice mix
Oil

1. Have your slave fry the lamb, until it gets a nice color
2. Make him cut the tomatoes and the onions in thick slices,crush the garlic, and add them to the mix.
3. While your slave pours water halfway, sing a prayer to the glory of the Holy Amarr Empire.
4. Add the colombo spice mix, salt and pepper, as you can't trust a slave to season your meals (it could be poisoned, God knows why some people don't have faith in the holy order of things).
5. Let it boil gently.
6. Ask your husband to shoot its laser at the meat, low intensity setting for half an hour (or you can use the oven, at 180°C, and let it cook for several hours, having your slave wet the meat regularly with the stock).
7. Half an hour before the end of cooking, have your slave peel and cut the vegetables, and put them into the pan.
8. Hail to the Empress!
9. Serve with semolina or polenta, waiting for your husband's praise.
