Achura Spring Rolls
Needless to say, the Caldari states are not really focused on cooking. They're too intense and pragmatic to lose their time on such frivolous endeavours.
But even in a nation of militaristic zealots, we can find some delicacies that will make you salivate with anticipation.
One such dish is the Ashura Spring Rolls, a simple yet mouth-watering dish, making it an ideal appetizer
Prosciutto
Apple (Granny Smith or another acid variety)
Salad (a mix of various salds and young sprouts)
Coriander and mint leaves
Parmesan cheese
Sweet soy sauce
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Sesame seeds
1. Wet the rice paper, according to the SZX-1936/23 directive
2. Cut the Prosciutto in slices of 7.3mm.
3. Cut the apple in sticks
4. Put some salade, Prosciutto and apple in the center of the rice paper.
5. Using the mandatory grate, grate some parmesan cheese.
6. Roll the rice paper, in compliance with the "Rolling and folding official cooking manual", section 23.b
7. Reiterate steps 1 to 7, until you have enough rolls to feed your brigade.
8. Mix soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar and sesame seeds to make the sauce.
9. Serve in the officer's mess, with the fresh leaves of coriander and mint and the sauce.
10. Always be alert for stains of sauce on your uniform!
