Gallente Blanquette

No nation is as diverse as the Gallente Federation, making it a difficult task to choose one dish that exemplifies the soul of its people.
But I think that the Blanquette is one of the most successful meal in the liberty loving federation, so that is the recipe that I will give you today.
With its traditional approach, with a crative twist added in, it is faithful to the innovative yet rooted in history Gallente way of life.

Don't forget to have a book of bad poetry handy, and to put some meditating music while you cook, to get you in the mood.

Gallente Blanquette

Ingrédients

Turkey meat
Mushrooms
A carrot
A turnip
One red onion
Allspice
Cream
Butter
Flour
White wine
Chicken stock powder

1. Cut the meat in cubes (2 cm)
2. Fry the meat with butter, until it gets a nice color.
3. Add the chopped onion, and cook until it's becoming soft.
4. Add some flour (just a little handful, we're not baking a cake)
5. Pour in some water (until the meat is covered) and a little bit of wine.
6. Read some bad poetry.
7. Cut your vegetables (carrot, mushrooms and turnip) and pour them in the mix, adding some water until everything is covered in liquid.
8. Season with the allspice, chicken stock powder, salt and pepper.
9. Let it cook for at least 1h30 (the longer, the better), while reflecting on the vacuity of this world (but get back to the real world sometimes, adding water if there's not enough).
10. Before serving, add some cream in the mix.
11. Serve with a side-dish of mashed potatoes, rice or anything you like (avoid chocolate).
